Active clients looking to access the Client Portal may access it by clicking the button below and entering the login credentials created the first time you logged in. If you need to change the email associated with your Client Portal account or if you need to reset your password, please email Sarah at admin@wellsfamilycounseling.com for assistance.
New clients, please note that you will not be able to create a Client Portal account on your own. We must send you an invitation to join which we will do when we schedule your first appointment. Contact us if you have any questions!
